Takako Kitahara was born in Kanagawa, Japan in December, 1985 and at school she remembers only one overriding ambition, to be a movie actress. On graduating from High School she had som pictures professionally taken and she sent them to a modeling agency in Tokyo. They wasted no time in inviting her up for a modeling trial and immediately signed her up for a contract as a gravure (glamour) model specialising in lingerie. It was the start of something big for Takako. She moved to Tokyo and within 6 months was appearing in front of the cameras in her first AV movie. And she hasn't looked back since.
